Counselling Therapies

Our experienced psychologists use a variety of therapy types, including (but not limited to):

  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT):  CBT assists you to identify and challenge thinking patterns that are unhelpful which may be contributing to unpleasant emotions. Providing strategies that help in the management of  emotions is a the core of CBT.
