Treatment Outcome Data
The data below was obtained from 200 clients of the service who attended an average of 12 sessions sometime between 2006 and 2016.
Percentage of goals achieved in therapy as rated by clients and their therapists
NB Many clients who had not reached all goals of therapy, either left therapy once they reached their most important goals or are still in therapy attempting to achieve such.
Percentage of clients who achieved significant reductions in symptom scores on the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS – Lovibond & Lovibond, 1999) and significant improvements on the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS – Pavot & Diener, 1993)
Percentage of clients who maintained or reduced their symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress to within the normal range and maintained or improved their satisfaction with life, to slightly satisfied with life, or better
NB the data above represents 4% of clients still in therapy working towards reducing symptoms/improving satisfaction with life.
